Built around the transition, not around desire
This is a different job from our DESIRE formula. KINDLE is a phytoestrogen and botanical blend aimed at day-to-day comfort through perimenopause and after.
For the decade nobody prepares you for. Black cohosh, red clover, sage and chasteberry — the botanicals traditionally used through the menopause transition, at amounts printed on the label.
WHY IT WORKS
Perimenopause can run for a decade before anything ends, and most women are handed nothing to work with. This is a tool, not a treatment — and we will be precise about the difference.
This is a different job from our DESIRE formula. KINDLE is a phytoestrogen and botanical blend aimed at day-to-day comfort through perimenopause and after.
Black cohosh 160 mg, red clover 400 mg, sage 200 mg, dong quai 150 mg, chasteberry 50 mg. You can compare those numbers to the research yourself.
Sage, black cohosh and red clover have long histories of traditional use. We pair that history with the actual trial data, including where it disappoints.
Two capsules with a meal. No timing rules tied to a cycle that may no longer be predictable.

The Research
Two of these support the formula. The third is a Cochrane review of its second-largest ingredient, and it does not. All three belong here.
In a multicentre trial of 71 menopausal women, eight weeks of a fresh sage leaf preparation reduced the mean number of hot flushes, with the most severe categories showing the largest decrease. Note this was an open-label study with no placebo group, which limits how much weight it carries.
An analysis of red clover extract in menopausal women evaluated whether the reduction in symptoms reached a clinically meaningful threshold rather than only a statistical one — the more demanding question, and the more useful one.
A Cochrane review of black cohosh — the second-largest botanical in this formula — found insufficient evidence to support its use for menopausal symptoms, and called for better-designed trials. We would rather you read that here than find it later.
Simple as 1 · 2 · 3
Take both together, with food, at whatever time of day you will actually remember.
Note hot flushes, sleep and mood for a fortnight before you start and while you take it. Memory is a poor instrument for gradual change.
The trials in this area ran two to three months. Give it the same run before deciding.
Take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. One bottle of 60 capsules is a 30-day supply.
Please read the warnings below before your first capsule. This formula contains phytoestrogens and botanicals with genuine interactions, and it is not right for everyone.
This formula contains soy isoflavones, red clover and other phytoestrogens — plant compounds with weak oestrogen-like activity. Do not use if you have or have had breast, ovarian or uterine cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids, or if you are taking tamoxifen or another hormone-modulating medication, without explicit approval from your oncologist or doctor.
Black cohosh has been associated with rare cases of liver injury. Do not use if you have liver disease. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you notice abdominal pain, unusual fatigue, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
Licorice root can raise blood pressure and lower potassium with prolonged use — avoid if you have high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, or take diuretics. Dong quai may increase bleeding risk with warfarin and other anticoagulants. Chasteberry can interact with hormonal contraceptives and with dopamine-related medications. Review the full ingredient list with your pharmacist if you take anything regularly.
Do not use if pregnant, trying to conceive, or nursing; several of these botanicals are traditionally avoided in pregnancy. Not for anyone under 18. The capsule shell is bovine gelatin, so this product is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Part of my morning now
Coffee, breakfast, KINDLE. Simple enough that I actually stick with it.
Good Questions
No, and the distinction matters. HRT is a prescription medicine containing actual hormones, with decades of trial data behind it and a real risk-benefit conversation attached. KINDLE is a botanical supplement containing phytoestrogens — plant compounds with weak oestrogen-like activity. It is a gentler tool with a much thinner evidence base. If your symptoms are seriously affecting your life, talk to a clinician about HRT rather than trying to substitute this for it.
Different formula, different decade, different job. DESIRE is built on tribulus, maca, damiana and B vitamins for libido and everyday energy. KINDLE is built on black cohosh, red clover, sage and chasteberry for comfort through the menopause transition. Some women take one, some the other, and there is no reason to take both without talking to your doctor first given the phytoestrogen content here.
Not without your oncologist's explicit approval. This formula contains soy isoflavones and red clover, which are phytoestrogens, and hormone-sensitive cancers are the clearest contraindication for that class of ingredient. The same applies if you take tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor. This is a conversation for your care team, not for a product page.
Give it eight to twelve weeks. The trials in this area typically ran two to three months, and botanical effects on vasomotor symptoms build gradually rather than arriving overnight. Keep a simple written record from two weeks before you start, because gradual change is exactly what memory is worst at judging.
The honest answer is that the evidence does not currently show it does. A Cochrane review found insufficient evidence to support black cohosh for menopausal symptoms and called for better trials. It is in this formula because of a long tradition of use and because it is what women ask for, and we would rather print the Cochrane finding on our own product page than let you discover it somewhere else. The sage and red clover data are the stronger part of this formula.
No. The capsule shell is bovine gelatin. If you need a vegetarian or vegan option, this is not it, and we would rather tell you now than have you find out from the ingredient list after it arrives.
