Fiber your elimination routes can use
Psyllium and inulin are soluble fibers with real evidence behind them for regularity. That is the working core of this formula, not the word "detox".
Let's be straight: your liver and kidneys do the detoxing, and nothing in a capsule replaces them. CLEAR is fiber and botanicals — psyllium, chlorella, ginger, acai — for the elimination routes you already have, run as a short reset.
WHY IT WORKS
We publish articles saying cleanse culture oversells itself, and we are not going to contradict them on our own product page. Here is what CLEAR actually does.
Psyllium and inulin are soluble fibers with real evidence behind them for regularity. That is the working core of this formula, not the word "detox".
Run it as a bounded course — around two weeks — after a heavy stretch, a trip, or a season of eating you would rather not repeat. Then stop.
Ginger, papaya, slippery elm and hyssop have long traditional use for digestive comfort. Tradition is a reason to study something, not proof — and we label it as such.
Any scale change from a fiber course is mostly water and transit, not fat. If a detox product promises pounds, it is lying to you.

The Research
Two findings that support the working ingredients, and the review that dismantles the category this product lives in. All three belong on this page.
A systematic review and meta-analysis found soluble fiber supplementation — psyllium in most included trials — increased stool frequency and improved symptoms in chronic idiopathic constipation versus placebo.
A review of controlled human trials of chlorella supplementation reports effects on cholesterol and oxidative-stress markers, while noting the trials are small and heterogeneous — promising, not proven.
A critical review of commercial detox diets found no compelling evidence that they eliminate toxins or produce sustained weight loss, and noted the industry rarely names the "toxins" it claims to remove. This is the category we are selling into, and you deserve to read its report card.
Simple as 1 · 2 · 3
Two a day, each with a full 8 oz glass of water. The water is not optional — psyllium needs it to do its job.
Use it as a bounded reset after a heavy stretch, not as a daily forever product. The aloe component is not built for long-term use.
When the course ends, regularity belongs to diet, water and a daily fiber like CLEANSE — not to repeated cleansing.
Take two (2) capsules once a day — for best results, one (1) during the day and one (1) in the evening. Do not exceed two capsules per day.
Take each capsule with a full 8 oz glass of water, and drink water generously through the day. Run the course for around two weeks, then stop — this is a reset, not a maintenance product.
Keep Building
This formula contains black walnut hulls — do not use with a tree nut allergy. Psyllium taken without adequate liquid can swell and cause choking; do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing, and always take it with a full glass of water. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking it.
Aloe ferox contains aloin, a stimulant laxative compound. Do not use for more than two consecutive weeks, and do not use at all if you have abdominal pain, nausea, inflammatory bowel disease, or an intestinal obstruction. Long-term stimulant laxative use can cause dependence and electrolyte loss. Stop if you experience cramping or diarrhea.
Fiber can reduce absorption of medications taken alongside it — separate by at least 2 hours. The laxative component can increase loss of potassium, which matters if you take diuretics, digoxin or corticosteroids. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take any regular medication, including oral contraceptives.
Do not use if pregnant or nursing — stimulant laxative botanicals are traditionally avoided in pregnancy. Not for anyone under 18. Individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.

Good Questions
No, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Your liver and kidneys handle toxin elimination continuously, and a 2015 critical review of commercial detox regimes found no compelling evidence that any of them eliminate toxins — the studies that exist rarely even name the toxin they claim to remove. What CLEAR does is simpler and real: it supplies fiber and botanicals that support regularity, which is the route your body already uses.
Because people search for a reset after a heavy season, and we would rather they buy an honestly-labelled fiber course from us than a tea that promises miracles from someone else. The working ingredients here — psyllium, inulin, chlorella, ginger — are legitimate. The word "detox" on the category is marketing, and this page says so.
CLEANSE is the daily tool: gentle fiber and herbs built for ongoing regularity, safe to take indefinitely. CLEAR is the bounded reset: a stronger formula including an aloe component that should not be used beyond about two weeks at a time. Run CLEAR occasionally if you want it; live on CLEANSE.
The scale may move a little in the first week, and it is water and intestinal transit, not fat. A 2015 review found no evidence detox products produce sustained weight loss. If weight is the goal, the boring answer — a calorie deficit held over months — is still the answer, and no capsule changes that.
The aloe ferox in this formula contains aloin, a stimulant laxative compound. Short courses are the appropriate use; taken daily for months, stimulant laxatives can cause dependence and electrolyte loss. This is also why CLEAR is not our daily regularity product — CLEANSE is.
More regular, slightly fuller from the fiber, and largely nothing else — which is what an honest fiber course feels like. Softer and more frequent stools in the first days are normal. Cramping, diarrhea or pain are not; stop if they happen. And drink the water. Psyllium without water is not a supplement, it is an obstruction risk.
