The caffeine and catechin pairing
Green tea extract with caffeine is the combination with the most human data behind it for energy expenditure. It is the reason this formula exists.
A green tea and caffeine thermogenic, taken before meals. Here is the honest version: this supports energy expenditure modestly. It does not put your body into ketosis, and we are not going to tell you it does.
WHY IT WORKS
This is a caffeine and green tea extract product with a few supporting botanicals. That is a real thing with real, modest evidence. It is not a metabolic switch.
Green tea extract with caffeine is the combination with the most human data behind it for energy expenditure. It is the reason this formula exists.
Taken 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with a full glass of water. The structure is part of the point.
Best used by people already moving and already watching what they eat. It supports that work; it does not substitute for it.
Raspberry ketones do not put you into ketosis despite the name. We will not print that claim, and you should be sceptical of any brand that does.

The Research
Two studies showing a measurable effect, and one showing that a headline ingredient in this category barely holds up.
A green tea extract rich in catechins taken with caffeine increased 24-hour energy expenditure by about 4% versus placebo in healthy men, an effect the authors attributed to more than the caffeine alone.
A meta-analysis of green tea catechin trials found a small but statistically significant effect on weight loss and weight maintenance. Small is the operative word.
A meta-analysis of randomised trials on garcinia extract, one of the ingredients in this blend, concluded any effect on weight is small and of questionable clinical relevance.

Take each one 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with a full 8 oz glass of water.
This contains caffeine. Take the second capsule with lunch rather than dinner so it is clear of your sleep.
Any effect here is small and cumulative, and it only shows up alongside the diet and training you are already doing.
Take one (1) capsule twice a day. For best results take each capsule 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz (236 ml) glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product contains caffeine — count it alongside your coffee, not on top of it without thinking.

This product contains caffeine from natural sources. Do not combine with other stimulant products, and take your total daily intake from all sources into account. Caffeine can cause jitteriness, a rapid heartbeat, anxiety and disturbed sleep. Not recommended for anyone sensitive to stimulants.
Do not use if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, an anxiety disorder, thyroid disease or diabetes without speaking to your doctor first. Stimulants can raise heart rate and blood pressure.
Concentrated green tea extract has, in rare cases, been associated with liver injury. Take it with food rather than on an empty stomach, do not exceed the dose, and stop immediately and see a doctor if you notice abdominal pain, dark urine or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
Do not use if pregnant or nursing, or if you are under 18. Anyone with a known medical condition or taking prescription medication should consult a physician before use.

Pre-meal routine works for me
Taking it before lunch and dinner helped me keep the structure I needed. The caffeine is noticeable but smooth.
Honest fat-burner page
I bought it because LUVO did not pretend it was magic. It is modest support, and that is what I wanted.
Good energy, watch timing
Works well, but do not take the second capsule late. They are serious about the caffeine warning.
No fake ketosis claims
Finally a product in this category that does not insult your intelligence.
Clean appetite support
It helps me feel more in command before meals without feeling cracked out.
Start with one
I am caffeine sensitive, so one capsule was enough at first. Good once I found my dose.
Pairs with training
It works best when I am already walking and lifting. That is exactly how they explain it.
No jitters for me
I was worried about stimulant shakes. This felt much cleaner than pre-workout.
Small but useful
Not dramatic, but my afternoon energy and meal discipline are better.
Good transparency
I appreciate that they include the studies that are not flattering. Made me trust the formula more.
Lunch dose is perfect
One before lunch is my sweet spot. Enough energy without messing with sleep.
Helped my routine stick
The capsule became a cue to drink water and slow down before eating.
Caffeine is real
Effective, but I would not combine it with a big coffee. Read the instructions.
Better than thermogenic powders
No burning throat, no neon drink, no crash. Capsules are easier.
Good for cut phase
Used it during a calorie deficit. It supported the routine without pretending to do the work for me.
Not for evening
Great earlier in the day. I learned the hard way not to use it with dinner.
Straightforward and effective
It gives a measured lift and helps me keep the plan moving.
No stomach issues
Thermogenics usually bother my stomach. This has been fine with food and water.
Worth it with discipline
It is not a shortcut. If your meals are dialed, it is a useful extra.
Subscribed after month one
The routine worked well enough that I put it on subscription.
Good Questions
No. Raspberry ketones share a name with the ketone bodies your liver makes during ketosis, and that is the whole of the connection. Eating them does not raise blood ketones or shift your metabolism into a fat-burning state. Only a very low carbohydrate intake or extended fasting does that. Any product claiming otherwise is misleading you.
It is a caffeine and green tea catechin product. That combination raised 24-hour energy expenditure by roughly 4% in a controlled trial, and a meta-analysis found a small effect on weight. Small, real, and only meaningful alongside a calorie deficit and training you are doing anyway.
The formula uses caffeine anhydrous plus caffeine naturally present in green tea and green coffee bean. Check the Supplement Facts panel on your bottle for the exact amount, and count it toward your daily total rather than on top of your usual coffee.
You can, but be deliberate. Most guidance puts a safe ceiling for healthy adults at about 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources. If you already drink three coffees, consider dropping one on the days you take this.
With lunch, not dinner. Caffeine has a half-life of around five hours, so an evening dose is still working at bedtime. Poor sleep will undo more than this capsule contributes.
Because the fat-burner category is built on claims that do not survive contact with the research, and we would rather sell you something you can trust than something you feel misled by in three weeks. If a modest thermogenic alongside your own effort is not what you want, do not buy it.
